Brisk winds and temperatures in the teens below zero caused wind chill values to drop to 35 and 45 degrees below zero during the evening of Monday, January 20th, through the early morning of Tuesday, January 21st. This was the second wind chill warning issued this year, and the seventh issued for the 2013/14 Winter Season.
