The low moved slowly to the northeast across the southern tip of the Delmarva Peninsula and off the Mid-Atlantic coast. This storm produced moderate to heavy snowfall to the north and west of its track, with snowfall amounts ranging between 5 and 10 inches across far southwestern and south-central Pennsylvania.
