The persisent nature of this band resulted in locally heavy rainfall of two to four inches near Johnson, where flooding of homes, businesses, and streets occurred.

Locally heavy rainfall resulted in small creeks coming out of their banks and flooding a nursing home, from which 20 people were evacuated. A dozen homes were also flooded along with vehicles and portions of Hewitt Road, Ball Street, Wilkerson Road, and Main Drive. Constuction in this portion of Johnson may have been a factor in the flooding.
