Mount Juliet and the surrounding areas received a total snow accumulation estimated at one inch. Most secondary and back roads were snow covered. This resulted in hazardous driving conditions and several car accidents. Also a report was received from another spotter of an estimated total snowfall amount of one inch during the early morning hours on January 9th in west Wilson County, in the vicinity of Old Lebanon Dirt Road on the Wilson/Davidson County Line, just inside Wilson County. This caused Old Lebanon Dirt Road to become snow covered, causing hazardous driving conditions and couple of car accidents. Details on any damage amounts or injuries associated with these accidents were unknown.
