MUCH OF SOUTHEAST SOUTH CAROLINA AND SOUTHEAST GEORGIA THROUGH THE
EARLY AFTERNOON HOURS. WINDS MAY GUST AS HIGH AS 45 MPH AT TIMES.
WINDS OF THIS MAGNITUDE OF CAPABLE OF DOWNING SMALL LIMBS AND MAY
MAKE TRAVELING DIFFICULT. ISOLATED POWER OUTAGES ARE ALSO
POSSIBLE.
