Scattered to numerous showers were detected by doppler radar across the northern and southeastern sections of Puerto Rico leading to localized heavy rain and urban flooding.

A person was sleeping on a low water bridge and was overtaken by a sudden water crest at Barrio Espino in San Lorenzo, Hilario Perez sector, along road 181, Km. 13 from San Lorenzo to Patillas.
