The Illinois River near Tahlequah rose above its flood stage of 11 feet at 1:45 p.m. CDT on October 9th. The river crested at 17.65 feet at 8:00 p.m. CDT on the 10th, resulting in moderate flooding. The river fell below flood stage at 12:15 p.m. CDT on the 11th.
