Low pressure east of Lake Ontario moved to the New England Coast. Colder air behind the low resulted in a general snowfall of 4 to 6 inches across the Eastern Lake Ontario Region. A narrow band of lake enhanced snow set up over Oswego County producing a swath of nine inch snowfall reports.
