3 heavy rain, 1 strong wind, 1 debris flow. Local standard time, as filed.
Urban street flooding was reported at 1830PST in the area of Double Diamond Pkwy, South Meadows Pkwy, and Double R Blvd.
The Lyon County Emergency Manager reported street flooding in Dayton at 1745PST.

Minor power outages were reported with these strong winds. There were also isolated high wind gusts, mainly in typically wind-prone areas. The isolated high wind reports include: Galena RAWS with 79 mph, Washoe Valley NDOT with 75 mph, Five Mile Flat NDOT with 71 mph, and the Reno ASOS with a very brief (less than 30 seconds) gust to 71 mph.
Heavy rainfall caused a rock slide southeast of Yerington. A spotter reported a rock slide with boulders on the road in Wilson Canyon at 1830PST.
