Freezing fog developed on the back side of a high pressure ridge over the Upper Ohio Valley. The freezing fog was dense in the Paducah area and in the Mississippi River counties.

Freezing fog developed on the back side of a high pressure ridge over the Upper Ohio Valley. The freezing fog was dense in the Paducah area and in the Mississippi River counties. Visibility in those areas was one-quarter mile or less. A light accretion of ice was observed, mostly on elevated surfaces such as vehicles.
