Freezing fog developed on the back side of a high pressure ridge over the Upper Ohio Valley. The freezing fog was dense south and east of a line from Marion to Mount Carmel.

Freezing fog developed on the back side of a high pressure ridge over the Upper Ohio Valley. The freezing fog was dense south and east of a line from Marion to Mount Carmel. Visibility in those areas was one-quarter mile or less. A light accretion of ice was observed, mostly on elevated surfaces such as vehicles.
