A storm system brought locally heavy snow to parts of the Northeast Plains. Storm totals included: 8 inches, 6 miles north-northeast of Woodrow; 6 inches, 5 miles east-northeast and 2 miles west-southwest of Byers; 5 inches at Holyoke, and 4.5 inches at Simla and 14 miles west-southwest of Agate.
