MOVE NORTH TO NEAR THE FOUR CORNERS REGION BY MONDAY. THUNDERSTORM
ACTIVITY WILL INCREASE SUNDAY INTO MONDAY AS THE UPPER HIGH MOVES
NORTHWARD. OTHERWISE...HOT DAYTIME TEMPERATURES WILL CONTINUE DURING
THE UPCOMING WEEK.

SWWD ACROSS COCHISE AND ERN SANTA CRUZ COUNTIES AT 2050Z. SCATTERED
MOSTLY LESS THAN 40 DBZ ECHOES WERE MOVING SWWD ACROSS THE WHITE
MOUNTAINS. THE REST OF SE AZ WAS VOID OF PRECIP ECHOES AT THIS TIME.
VISIBLE SATELLITE IMAGERY INDICATED CLEAR SKIES ACROSS SE PINAL AND
FAR WRN PIMA COUNTIES...WITH SCATTERED-BROKEN CUMULOFORM CLOUDS

CONVECTIVE ACTIVITY ONGOING VICINITY WHITE MOUNTAINS FOR LATER THIS
AFTERNOON AND EVENING. 28/12Z NAM AND LATEST RUC INDICATE SHOWERS/
THUNDERSTORMS WILL REMAIN WELL EAST AND SOUTH OF THE TUCSON METRO
AREA THIS EVENING. WILL STILL REFLECT 10-20 PERCENT POPS TUCSON
METRO AREA EWD THIS EVENING WITH DRY CONDITIONS ACROSS SE PINAL AND
FAR WRN PIMA COUNTY. AT THIS TIME BELIEVE THE BULK OF SHOWERS AND
THUNDERSTORMS WILL END ACROSS MUCH OF SE AZ BY MIDNIGHT. HOWEVER...
WILL MAINTAIN ISOLATED SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS ACROSS NRN GREENLEE
COUNTY WITH DRY CONDITIONS ELSEWHERE.

NIGHT AS SURFACE PRESSURE GRADIENT TIGHTENS IN RESPONSE TO HIGH
PRESSURE BUILDING SWD ACROSS THE SRN ROCKIES/HIGH PLAINS. CONVECTIVE
ACTIVITY EXPECTED TO INCREASE SUN AFTERNOON AND EVENING AND THE
28/12Z NAM IS FAVORING THIS SCENARIO VERSUS THE 28/12Z GFS SOLUTION.
UPPER HIGH PROGGED TO BE OVER NRN AZ/SRN UTAH REGION MON WITH FLOW
ALOFT OVER SE AZ BECOMING INCREASINGLY NELY. CONVECTIVE INITIATION
