THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR NORTHEAST GEORGIA...PIEDMONT
NORTH CAROLINA...WESTERN NORTH CAROLINA AND UPSTATE SOUTH CAROLINA.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT

SCATTERED THUNDERSTORMS ARE EXPECTED TO DEVELOP ACROSS THE WESTERN
CAROLINAS AND EXTREME NORTHEAST GEORGIA AGAIN THIS AFTERNOON AND
EVENING. THERE IS THE POSSIBILITY THAT A FEW OF THE STORMS COULD
BECOME SEVERE...WITH THE MAIN THREAT OF DAMAGING WIND GUSTS. A FEW
OF THE STORMS COULD PERSIST OVER SOME LOCATIONS LONG ENOUGH TO
PRODUCE FLOODING. THE STORMS SHOULD WEAKEN BY LATE IN THE EVENING.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...WEDNESDAY THROUGH MONDAY

AN UPPER LEVEL DISTURBANCE WILL MOVE ACROSS THE REGION LATE IN THE
DAY ON WEDNESDAY AND COULD ENHANCE THE FORMATION OF STRONG TO
SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS IN THE AFTERNOON AND EVENING.
