Snow overspread northern New York during the early afternoon of the 13th and ended during the evening hours. Snow accumulations across northern New York were 2 to 4 inches.

TRACKING FROM THE MID-ATLANTIC COASTLINE NORTHEASTWARD TO NEAR CAPE
