OF EASTERN COLORADO BUT WITH 800 WINDS DECREASING SLOWLY FEELING
IS GUSTS WILL REMAIN BELOW WARNING CRITERIA. AS IS THE USUAL CASE
WITH THESE WIND EVENTS DEWPOINTS HAVE TANKED ACROSS THE WESTERN
1/2 OF THE FORECAST AREA. 15Z RUC PICKED UP ON THIS SO HAVE USED
IT FOR THE DP GRIDS. WITH THAT SAID THE COMBINATION OF 30 TO 40
