The tornado damaged roofs, siding and outbuildings, and blew down numerous trees and power lines. In addition, before lifting, the tornado damaged several barns in a rural area to the east of Lincoln.

A barn and grain bin were destroyed and a machine shed was damaged. A tractor and new combine sustained damage. Two horses were injured, and one had to be put down.
