Widespread snow of 5 to 12 inches and wind gusts of 20 to 30 mph were measured across the northern and much of the central mountain areas of western Colorado. Locally higher snowfall amounts and wind gusts were reported. The Tower SNOTEL site in the Park Range indicated 22 inches of new snow, while a wind gust of 63 mph occurred at Salida Mountain near Monarch Pass.
