INCREASED MOISTURE WILL LEAD TO A CHANCE OF SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS ACROSS SOUTHEAST ARIZONA...MAINLY DURING THE AFTERNOON AND EVENING HOURS EACH DAY THIS WEEK. && .DISCUSSION...KEMX WSR-88D DETECTED SCATTERED MOSTLY LESS THAN 45 DBZ ECHOES MOVING SWD ACROSS THE WHITE MOUNTAINS/ZONE 19/NRN ZONE 30 REGION AT 2110Z. OTHER ISOLATED MOSTLY LESS THAN 35 DBZ ECHOES WERE MOVING WWD ACROSS CENTRAL/ERN PIMA COUNTY. A FEW SPRINKLES OCCURRED BETWEEN 19-20Z AT WFO TWC/UNIV OF AZ. BULK OF CONVECTIVE ACTIVITY DURING THE NEXT 2-3 HOURS EXPECTED TO BE ACROSS WRN/CENTRAL PIMA COUNTY AS WELL AS VICINITY WHITE MOUNTAINS. AMPLE MID AND HIGH-LEVEL MOISTURE TO CONTINUE ACROSS SE AZ THROUGH MUCH OF THIS FORECAST PERIOD. HOWEVER...NEAR-SURFACE MOISTURE CONTINUES TO BE SOMEWHAT LIMITED FOR SIGNIFICANT CONVECTIVE DEVELOPMENT.
