WEAKENS AS IT MOVES TO THE SOUTHEAST OVER THE NEXT 48 HOURS.  STRONG
NORTHWEST WINDS BEHIND THIS SYSTEM ALREADY INCREASING OVER KODIAK
TODAY.  EXPECT WINDS TO CONTINUE THROUGH TUESDAY EVENING...THEN
DISSIPATING.  COOL AIR OVER SOUTHWEST THROUGH EARLY WEDNESDAY
MORNING...MODERATING WEDNESDAY AND AS WEATHER FRONT MOVES IN FROM THE
BERING SEA. COOL AIR REMAINING OVER SOUTHCENTRAL AT LEAST THROUGH
