Light freezing drizzle in the Blue Mountain Foothills of Oregon led to extremely icy roadways on interstate 84. The icy roadways led to nine ice-related crashes. One car spun out of control on an icy stretch, and struck an officer attending to a rollover accident, resulting in one direct injury.
