A SURFACE LOW MOVING EAST AND A WARM FRONT MOVING OVER THE PANHANDLE
WILL PROVIDE THE FOCUS FOR RAIN THROUGHOUT THE DAY AND INTO THIS
EVENING. SOME PORTIONS OF SOUTHWEST AND SOUTH CENTRAL GEORGIA MAY SEE
RAIN MIXED WITH FREEZING RAIN OR SLEET THIS MORNING...BUT AS
TEMPERATURES RISE BY MID-MORNING...THE PRECIPITATION SHOULD BECOME
ONLY RAIN.

AS THE SURFACE LOW MOVES EAST OF THE AREA LATE TONIGHT...AN
