Valley. During the first half of the month, other than the mornings of the 2nd and 3rd, patchy fog plagued the Central and South Valley due to the moist conditions from much above normal rainfall through the winter.
Deaths and injuries are direct and indirect together, as the offices filed them. Damage is property and crops in the dollars of the year, not adjusted for inflation, and only where an office estimated it.

Widespread dense fog developed primarily in the Central San Joaquin Valley on the morning of the 3rd but extended well into the Southwest S.J.Valley. During the first half of the month, other than the mornings of the 2nd and 3rd, patchy fog plagued the Central and South Valley due to the moist conditions from much above normal rainfall through the winter.
