Several reports of ponded water on roadways in Kern County from the continued wet period from the 15th into the 22nd of the month. Law enforcement reported water on Garlock and Redrock-Randsburg Roads in the Kern Desert. A Rosamond resident reported 0.75" of rain from the 18th to the 19th in the Kern County Desert.
