A weak tornado touched down in Dallas County, about 3 miles southwest of Manning. Winds were estimated to be 100 mph. A mobile home was damaged by a falling tree. The roof of another house sustained damage. Dozens of trees were uprooted or snapped off along the path of the tornado. The tornado dissipated about a half mile east-southeast of Manning.
