BECOME WIDESPREAD LATE THIS AFTERNOON AND TONIGHT. DAMAGING ICE
ACCUMULATIONS ARE EXPECTED ACROSS THE NORTH CAROLINA FOOTHILLS
THROUGH THE NORTHERN AND CENTRAL MOUNTAINS. LIGHTER AMOUNTS ARE
