A 993MB LOW CENTERED ACROSS WRN ONTARIO...HAS A STRONG ACTIVE COLD FRONT EXTENDING SOUTHWEST ACROSS EXTRM SRN MANITOBA. TSTMS ARE FIRING ALONG THE FRONT AND ARE CROSSING THE N DAKOTA BORDER.
