ONLY REAL CONCERN IN THE SHORT-TERM IS POSSIBLE FOG. COULD SEE SOME
PATCHY LIGHT FOG TOWARD MORNING TONIGHT...GIVEN THE LIGHT WINDS...
FEW CLOUDS AND RAIN-WET GROUND IN SOME LOCATIONS. FOG WILL BE A
BIGGER PROBLEM TOMORROW NIGHT. GETTING SOME MOISTURE RETURN AS
WINDS BECOME MORE FROM THE EAST/ONSHORE BUT DO EXPECT WINDS TO BACK
A BIT OVERNIGHT. ONSHORE FLOW RESUMES ON THURSDAY...THAT IS WHY FOG
MAY BE A BIT MORE OF A PROBLEM TOMORROW NIGHT. WINDS AND WAVES ARE
STARTING TO COME DOWN SO FEEL SCEC WILL NOT BE NECESSARY TONIGHT.
OVERALL...FAIRLY NICE DAY TOMORROW WITH ONE MORE COOL NIGHT. NO
PRECIP EXPECTED AS MOISTURE LEVELS REMAIN RELATIVELY LOW.

LONG-TERM (FRI THROUGH WED)...NEXT FRONT MOVES THROUGH ON FRIDAY IN
PIECES AS UPPER LEVEL TROUGH PUSHES THROUGH AHEAD OF THE FRONT.
EXPECT DRIER AIR AND CLEARING SKIES TO HELP WARM TEMPS AHEAD OF THE
MAIN PUSH OF COOLER/DRIER AIR EXPECTED FRI EVENING. ETA TOO WEAK
WITH THE FRONT AND LIKE THE GFS. SCEC NEEDED FRI NIGHT AND EARLY
SATURDAY...BUT VERY LIGHT WINDS WILL SET UP INLAND SAT-MON. WEATHER
LOOKS GREAT WITH A CONTINUED NWLY FLOW ALOFT KEEPING ATMOSPHERE DRY
AND STABLE. RETURN FLOW SHOULD SET UP SUNDAY AFTERNOON AND PROBABLY
PRODUCE A HEALTHY AMOUNT OF FOG SUN NIGHT AND MON MORNING. TOO FAR
OUT TO INCLUDE IN PUBLIC FORECASTS NOW. UPPER PATTERN
AMPLIFIES...WITH RIDGE IN THE WEST AND TROF OVER THE EAST. GLOBAL
MODELS IN FAIR AGREEMENT IN ANOTHER FRONT ON TUESDAY. WILL KEEP
FORECAST DRY FOR THIS FROPA AS WELL AS TEMPS COOL DOWN AGAIN WED.
