WITH HEAVY PRECIP EXPECTED EVEN IN THE SOUTHEASTERN PORTIONS...HAVE DECIDED TO EXPAND THE FLOOD WATCH TO INCLUDE ALL OF NORTH TEXAS. MANY AREAS WILL RECEIVE BETWEEN ONE AND THREE INCHES...WITH ISOLATED THREE TO FIVE INCH AMOUNTS POSSIBLE BEFORE IT ENDS SATURDAY.
