A band of lake effect snow over Oswego county intensified as it lifted north into Lewis and southern Jefferson counties. It was most intense in the predawn hours of the 11th over Jefferson county and then dissipated by mid morning as milder air aloft worked in.

Snowfall totals ranged from eight inches over Oswego and far southern Lewis counties up to fourteen inches over the northern Tug Hill.
