UPPER LOW IN CALIF MOVING RAPIDLY NE THIS MORNING.  STRONG DYNAMICS
IN THE NE QUADRANT OF THE LOW OVER NE CALIF AND EXTREME NW NV.  BY
00Z VORT CENTER IS IN NE CALIF AND DYNAMICS HAS SHIFTED MAIN TSTMS
THREAT INTO OREGON.  QUESTION IS HOW MUCH CONVECTION WILL DEVELOP IN
THE DRYING AIRMASS AS THE LOW MOVES NE.  THINK CONVECTION SHOULD BE
ISOLATED AND CONTINUE TO MOVE FAST.  TEMPS ALOFT COOLING SO AIRMASS
WILL REMAIN USTABLE.  THREAT OF FLASH FLOODS DIMINISHED BY DRYING
AIRMASS BUT COOLER TEMPS ALOFT INCREASE THE THREAT OF HAIL.  BY THIS
EVENING ACTIVITY SHOULD END EXCEPT THE NEAR THE OREGON BORDER.  WILL
LOOK AT FCST THIS MORNING FOR POSSIBLE UPDTS.  FISCHER
