High winds associated with the passage of a strong cold front affected a portion of northeast Montana during the afternoon hours of the 23rd. 59 mph wind gusts were reported at King Coulee Raws. 60 mph wind gusts were reported at Bluff Creek Raws. 62 mph wind gusts were reported at Fort Peck Dam. There were also 41 mph sustained winds at Malta.
