FRONT STRETCHING ACROSS SOUTHERN OHIO AT THIS HOUR.  SHOWERS ACROSS
NORTHEASTERN KY AND SOUTHWESTERN PORTIONS OF WV SLOWLY GAINING
STEAM THIS MORNING.  ONLY THUNDERSTORMS ARE SITUATED IN RANDOLPH
COUNTY IN NE CWA.  THESE TSTORMS ARE GIVING RADAR EST PRECIP AMOUNTS
OF 1.5 TO 2 INCHES IN A COUPLE OF LOCATIONS SW OF ELKINS.  WILL
CLOSELY MONITOR TODAYS ACTIVITY FOR POSSIBLE LOCALIZED FLOODING
CONCERNS LATER THIS AFTERNOON AND EVENING.

Rains of 2 to 3 inches caused minor flooding in the Grafton to Webster vicinity. The most damage was caused by runoff, clogged culverts and basement drain backups. Thirteen homes were affected and 3 businesses. The Anna Jarvis Visitor Center also received water damage from Berkeley Run.
