THE THERMAL TROUGH IS FORECAST TO SHIFT EAST OF THE CASCADES. THIS WILL MOST LIKELY BE DUE TO THE HOT TEMPERATURES ON THE EAST SIDE AND NOT AN INDICATION OF A WEAK MARINE PUSH AS THE LOW NEAR 49N/140W MOVES UP AND OVER THE RIDGE. MAY GET A LITTLE MOISTURE TO SNEAK NORTH OUT OF ARIZONA BY THURSDAY FOR A FEW ISOLATED CUMULUS BUILD UPS OVER CROOK AND DESCHUTES COUNTIES IN CENTRAL OREGON...BUT AT THIS TIME IT STILL LOOKS TOO DRY FOR ANY THUNDERSTORMS.
