A NEARLY STATIONARY FRONT ALONG AND OFF THE SC AND NC COAST WILL LIFT
VERY SLOWLY N AS A WARM FRONT TOMORROW AND THU. BEST CHANCE OF PCPN
WILL BE ACROSS NE NC AND SE VA AS THIS AREA IS WHERE BEST OMEGA WILL
BE LOCATED. UPPER RIDGE OVER WI EXTENDING N INTO CENTRAL CANADA
WILL GRADUALLY SHIFT E AND WILL SHIFT S/W OFF THE COAST BY 12Z THU.
BOUNDARY HANGING AROUND COAST THU WITH GOOD TO LIKELY CHANCES FOR
SE VA AND NE NC CONTINUING.

TEMPS...AVN AND ETA ARE NOT THAT DIFFERENT AND WHERE THEY ARE
DIFFERENT WILL GO WITH WARMER VERSION AS THINK THERE WILL BE
A GOOD BIT OF CLOUDS.

EXTENDED...LATEST AVN QUITE DIFFERENT THAN PREVIOUS RUN WITH
UPPER LOW OVER SE U.S. AND WILL MAKE SOME ADJUSTMENTS...ESPECIALLY
FOR NC PORTION. THERE MAY BE A SLIGHT CHANCE OF SHOWERS AND
THUNDERSTORMS TO THE N PART OF CWA TUE BUT SINCE IT IS DAY 7 AND
THERE IS LOW CONFIDENCE SO WILL NOT INCLUDE IN ZFP.

MARINE FCST...INVERTED TROUGH OVER THE SE CST AND HIGH PRES TO THE
NORTH WILL MAINLAND AN SOUTHEASTERLY TO EASTERLY FLOW ACROSS THE CWA
TONIGHT AND CONTINUING INTO THE EXTENDED PERIOD. AVN INDICATES
GRADIENT TIGHTENING BY THURSDAY AND WINDS INCREASING...THEN
CONTINUING INTO SAT. NO FLAGS REQUIRED THROUGH WED NIGHT...HOWEVER
POSSIBLE BY THUR.
