FA ON THU SO MAY BE A DEGREE WARMER MOST SPOTS. FLO REMAINS NE-E
THRU PD AND MODELS CONTINUE TO HINT AT WEAK VORTS DROPPING SW
ACROSS REGION IN THIS FLO REGIME. INSTABILITY STILL IMPRESSIVE
