FLASH FLOOD WATCH WILL CONTINUE TONIGHT.  THE FLASH FLOOD WATCH
WILL LIKELY BE REISSUED WEDNESDAY MORNING AND THE THREAT AREA
REDEFINED WESTWARD.

THE MCS THAT HAS BEEN OVER THE HILL COUNTY THIS MORNING AND
AFTERNOON IS WEAKENING AFTER DUMPING 6 TO 12 INCHES ACROSS UVALDE
COUNTY.  HOWEVER ADDITIONAL SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS ARE FORMING
ACROSS THE EASTERN CWFA...JUST EAST OF THE DECAYING MCS.  THESE
STORMS WILL TRAIN NORTHWARD FROM THE COASTAL BEND.  THIS AREA...FROM
SAN ANTONIO TO AUSTIN AND BURNET EASTWARD...WILL HAVE THE GREATEST
RISK OF FLASH FLOODING FOR THE REMAINDER OF THIS AFTERNOON INTO THIS
EVENING.

THE ETA/MESOETA WILL BE THE BASIS FOR THIS FCST.  IT SLOWLY MOVES
THE UPPER LOW AND ASSOCIATED TROF AXIS SOUTHWESTWARD INTO MEXICO BY
THURSDAY NIGHT.  THIS MEANS THE HEAVY RAINS WILL SLOWLY SHIFT
WESTWARD TO THE CENTRAL AND WESTERN COUNTIES WEDNESDAY...WITH RAINS
DIMINISHING OVER THE EASTERN COUNTIES.  RAIN CHANCES WILL DIMINISH
BUT CONTINUE THURSDAY AND FRIDAY AS DAYTIME HEATING INTERACTS WITH
THE RESIDUAL TROPICAL AIRMASS.
