Numerous city streets were flooded. Several cars were stranded along university avenue and 42nd street north on the UND campus. The Interstate 29 underpass north of U.S. Highway 2 filled with water and slowed traffic. Some basement flooding occurred and several UND buildings took on a bit of water.
