ON ONE HAND MODELS PARTICULARLY THE ETA BRINGS MORE UNSTABLE AIR NORTH INTO OUR REGION TODAY. THEY SHOW CAPES ABOUT 2500 J/KG LITTLE CAP AND AN 850 THETA-E RDG ACROSS OUR AREA. NGM DRIES EVERYTHING OUT. HOWEVER AVN ALSO SHOWS A CHANCE OF PRECIP. ON THE OTHER HAND MODELS HAVE PRETTY GOOD UPR RDG ACROSS US. SINCE THERE WERE TSTMS YESTERDAY AND THIS EVENING TO OUR SOUTH...WILL KEEP A SLIGHT CHANCE OF TSTMS FOR THIS AFTN. ISOLD TSTMS MAY CONTINUE INTO THE EVENING HOURS...BUT FOR NOW WILL LEAVE OUT OF THE FORECAST FOR TONIGHTS PERIOD. MODELS START TO MOVE UPR RIDGE EWD ON MONDAY AND A WEAK S/W MOVES TO ILLINOIS BY LATE MONDAY WITH INCRG MOISTURE OVR THE WRN HALF OF INDIANA BY AFTN. THUS WILL CONTINUE A CHANCE OF AFTN TSTMS HERE. WILL GO CLOSER TO COOLER MAV TEMPS BOTH TODAY AND MONDAY. WE WERE SLIGHTLY COOLER AND ETA SOUNDINGS FAVOR HIGHS IN THE MID TO UPPER 80S. IN THE EXTENDED MRF STILL SHOWS HIGH POPS MID WEEK AS CD FNT MOVES THROUGH BY LATE WEDNESDAY.
