SE TO NEAR PKD. FARTHER UPSTREAM CONVECTIVE COMPLEX OVER WESTERN ND
PROPAGATING SE ALONG AND NORTH OF SFC BOUNDARY FROM S CENTRAL SD TO
NE MT IN INSTABILITY AXIS. TIMING WOULD HAVE TSRA INTO SW FA AROUND
