EXTENSION OF OFFSHORE SURFACE HIGH AND A DEVELOPING LEE/PREFRONTAL
SURFACE TROUGH. CHANCE FOR TSTMS WED AFTERNOON AND NIGHT AHEAD OF
APPROACHING FRONT ACCOMPANIED BY UPPER LEVEL HEIGHT FALLS AND
