Three to five inches of rain in 18 hours caused many streams to rise above bankfull. Road washouts and minor flooding occurred in Milan, Berlin, Dummer, North Stratford, Colebrook, and Stark. In Lancaster, some residents in Page Hill mobile home park were evacuated, as well as residents in Indian Brook mobile home park. Beaver Dams may have been responsible for the Lancaster flooding.
