WE ARE GETTING A BIT OF A BREAK THIS MORNING BETWEEN THE TROUGH THAT
CAME IN FROM THE WEST LAST EVENING AND THE TROUGH AND COLD FRONT
THAT WILL MOVE IN FROM THE NORTHWEST TODAY.  WIND AND SNOW WILL
INCREASE AS THE DAY GOES ON AND THE FRONT APPROACHES.  WE HAVE ADDED
A WIND ADVISORY TO THE RENO AREA AND MONO COUNTY AND A WINTER
WEATHER ADVISORY ABOVE 5500 FEET TO WEST CENTRAL NEVADA.  OTHER
WARNING AND ADVISORIES ARE BEING CONTINUED.  THE TIMING OF THE FRONT
BASED ON OUR LOCAL WORKSTATION ETA RUN PUTS IT THROUGH RENO AROUND 6
PM.  WE MAY NEED TO EXTEND SOME OF THE WARNINGS AND ADVISORIES INTO
THE EVENING HOURS.  FRIDAY WILL SEE COOL SURFACE HIGH PRESSURE AND A
BUILDING UPPER RIDGE FOR A RETURN TO DAY WEATHER.  THE NEXT WEATHER
SYSTEM COMES IN ON SUNDAY.  WE ARE STILL WAITING ON THE 00Z MRF RUN
