WITHIN THE MEAN FLOW. PER 850MB/700MB ANALYSIS...ONE WAVE LOCATED
ALONG THE SD/MN BORDER...WHILE ANOTHER WAS POSITIONED THROUGH THE
WESTERN DAKOTAS. OTHERWISE...CLOSED LOW SPINNING THROUGH OK...WHILE
MORE ROBUST WAVE WAS MOVING THROUGH THE EASTERN PACIFIC.

LATEST SURFACE ANALYSIS SHOWING TROUGH LOCATED FROM EASTERN SOUTH
DAKOTA INTO SOUTHWEST NEBRASKA. CONGLOMERATION OF OUTFLOW BOUNDARIES
REMAIN THROUGH THE CWA FROM EARLY MORNING CONVECTION.

INITIAL CONCERN WILL BE POSSIBILITIES FOR ISOLD THUNDERSTORMS THIS
EVENING. CU BUBBLING TO THE WEST OF THE CWA ALONG THE TROUGH...WITH
OTHER CELLS ATTEMPTING TO POP ALONG THE REMNANT OUTFLOW BOUNDARIES.
DECENT INSTABILITY IN PLACE ACROSS THE EAST/SOUTH CWA...WITH
RELATIVELY LITTLE CIN. IN ALL...WEAK WIND FIELDS WILL KEEP ANY
DEVELOPMENT DISORGANIZED TONIGHT.

WILL REINTRODUCE SMALL RAIN CHANCES ON WEDNESDAY AFTERNOON/EVENING AS
POTENT MID/UPPER WAVE SKIRTS ACROSS THE DAKOTAS DURING THE DAY. BEST
CHANCES IN THE NORTHERN CWA.

MILD TEMPERATURES AND DRY WEATHER THROUGH THE REST OF THE WEEK AS
UPPER RIDGE DOMINATES INTO THE WEEKEND.
