MCS OVER FORECAST AREA THIS MORNING WITH LINE STARTING TO PUSH INTO
IOWA AT 0730Z.  EXPECT THUNDERSTORMS TO END ACROSS AREA THIS MORNING
AS TROF OVER THE NORTHERN PLAINS SHIFTS EAST.  SOME CHANCE OF
ADDITIONAL THUNDERSTORMS THIS AFTERNOON AND EVENING AS SFC TROF
OVER NRN PLAINS WORKS ITS WAY EAST.  ONLY REAL CHANGE TO GOING
FORECAST WAS TO INCREASE TEMPS FOR TODAY AND WEDNESDAY. REMAINDER
OF FORECAST LEFT PRETTY MUCH ALONE DUE TO ONGOING CONVECTION THIS
MORNING.

STORM SPOTTER ACTIVATION IS NOT ANTICIPATED TODAY OR TONIGHT IN
EASTERN NEBRASKA AND SOUTHWEST IOWA.

ABUNDANT LOW LEVEL MOISTURE AND A WEATHER DISTURBANCE MOVING EAST
OUT OF WYOMING IS MAY BRING ANOTHER ROUND OF NIGHT TIME
THUNDERSTORMS OVER THE AREA. HOWEVER DUE TO WEAK SHEAR....THESE
STORMS ARE NOT EXPECTED TO BECOME SEVERE.  HOWEVER A FEW OF THESE
STORMS COULD PRODUCE LOCALLY HEAVY RAINFALL.

HEAVY RAINFALL FROM LAST NIGHT HAS PROMPTED FLOOD WARNINGS TO BE
ISSUED FOR THE LITTLE BLUE RIVER AT FAIRBURY AND THE BIG BLUE
RIVER AT BEATRICE.  IF NO ADDITIONAL RAINFALL OCCURS...THE LITTLE
BLUE IS CRESTING NOW AND IS EXPECTED TO FALL BELOW FLOOD STAGE.
THE BIG BLUE IS EXPECTED TO CREST EARLY THIS AFTERNOON JUST ABOVE
FLOOD STAGE.  THE RIVER IS THEN EXPECTED TO FALL BELOW FLOOD
STAGE TONIGHT.	FOR BOTH OF THESE RIVERS...LOWLAND FLOODING IS
EXPECTED.

THE THREAT OF THUNDERSTORMS WILL REMAIN OVER THE AREA WEDNESDAY
AS WEAK SURFACE BOUNDARIES AND INSTABILITY LINGER ACROSS EASTERN
NEBRASKA AND SOUTHWEST IOWA.
