TX/SW LA. EXPECT SOME OF THIS ACTIVITY TO STREAM NEWD INTO PARTS OF
THE CWFA BUT RAINFALL INTENSITY HERE WILL BE LIGHTER THAN WHAT IS
OCCURRING NEAR THE GULF COAST. WILL CONTINUE THE FLOOD WATCH E OF
THE MS THROUGH MIDNIGHT...MAINLY FROM LONG DURATION WIDESPREAD RAIN
LATER TODAY.

WILL MAKE MINOR CHANGES TO THE FCST BEFORE NOON. WILL ALSO ISSUE AN
UPDATED FLOOD STATEMENT CONCERNING THE FLOOD WATCH.
