KONA...INTERSECTING OUTFLOW FM WRN WI CONVECTION.  LGT SELY FLOW
NORTH OF WRMFNT ALONG WITH MOIST LOW LEVELS HAS ALLOWED AREAS OF FOG
AND LOW CLOUDS TO DEVELOP OVR WEST CENTRAL MN.  FEW LOCATIONS DOWN
TO ONE QUARTER MILE.  FOG MAY SPREAD EWD TWD STC AND PSBL MSP METRO
NEXT SEVERAL HOURS.  WL NOT ISSUE ADVY ATTM AS WINDS EXPCD TO PICK
