FORECAST FOCUS ON RAIN CHANCES AND HEAVY RAIN POTENTIAL...
HAVE TRENDED TOWARD 12Z ETA RUN WITH TIMING AND RAINFALL AMOUNTS.
HOWEVER...COMPACT NATURE OF UPPER LOW AND RELATIVELY SLOW MOVEMENT
LEAVE DOUBTS AS TO HOW FAR EAST RAINFALL WILL EXTEND. HAVE STUCK WITH
PREVIOUS FORECAST IN KEEPING WEST CENTRAL WISCONSIN DRY TONIGHT AND
WEDNESDAY...WHILE INCREASING POPS OVER WESTERN CWA. 12Z ETA HOURLY QPF
VIEWED IN BUFKIT VERY IMPRESSIVE FOR WESTERN CWA...AND USED THIS FOR
HEAVY RAINS TONIGHT INTO WEDNESDAY.  EVENING SHIFT CAN ISSUE FLOOD
WATCH IF UPSTREAM CONVECTION DEVELOPS IN A BIG WAY.

TEMPERATURES OVER EASTERN DAKOTAS REACHED INTO THE 80S THIS
AFTERNOON...AND OUR EASTERN CWA WILL BE POSITIONED WITH RESPECT TO THE
UPPER LOW AS EASTERN DAKOTAS ARE TODAY POSITIONED WITH RESPECT TO UPPER
LOW. ERGO...WE HAVE BUMPED UP MAXES A BIT FROM FWC GUIDANCE FOR
WEDNESDAY. ALSO HAVE RAISED MINIMUM TEMPERATURES A BIT TONIGHT AS DRIER
AIR IS INDEED ADVECTING IN FROM THE EAST BUT ADVECTION IS SLOW.

AFTER THIS SYSTEM EXITS OUR CWA WEDNESDAY NIGHT...WENT WITH A DRY
FORECAST EXCEPT FOR SATURDAY...WHEN 00Z MRF ENSEMBLE POPS ARE THE
HIGHEST.

COORDINATION ON HEAVY RAIN WITH KABR AND KFSD.
