SHOULD NOT BE GUSTING ANY MORE. SO REMOVED GUSTY WORDING FROM THE
ZONES. ALSO ADJUSTED CLOUD COVER WORDING BASED ON CURRENT
CONDITIONS AND TRENDS. ALSO RAISE TEMPS IN SOUTHEAST ZONES BASED ON
EXPECTED CLOUD COVER...DEWPOINTS...AND CURRENT TEMPS.
