AND THUNDERSTORMS WEST CENTRAL AND NORTHERN PORTION OF CWA TONIGHT.

SCATTERED THUNDERSTORMS CURRENTLY OVER SOUTHERN PORTION OF THE CWA
WILL BE SHORT TERM PROBLEM AND EXPECT THIS ACTIVITY TO DISSIPATE
EARLY EVENING. WORDED ACCORDINGLY WITH SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS
EARLY.

SLOW MOVING SHORTWAVE TO APPROACH THE WESTERN AREAS OVER THE NEXT
24 HOURS WITH SEVERAL MINOR IMPULSES TO PRECEDE TROF. AREAS AFFECTED
WILL BE MAINLY WEST CENTRAL AND NORTHERN PORTION OF THE CWA. THINK
MESOETA HAS GOOD HANDLE ON FEATURE AS GOOD FIT WITH CLOUD PATTERN
ACROSS ILLINOIS AND HIGHER RH FIELD AT 21Z ON MESOETA. THIS FEATURE
GENERALLY MOVES TO THE NORTHEAST OF THE AREA BY LATE MORNING WHILE
ANOTHER APPROACHES FROM THE WEST LATE MORNING INTO THE AFTERNOON
HOURS. APPEARS AS IF AREA WILL UNDER THE GUN FOR SHOWERS AND
THUNDERSTORMS NEXT 36 TO 48 HOURS WITH NO REALLY SINGULAR TROF TO
FCUS ON. KEPT A CHANCE OF SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS MOST AREAS
THROUGH THURSDAY. SUMMERTIME TEMPERATURES TO ALSO REMAIN ACROSS
THE AREA WITH DAYTIME READINGS IN THE UPPER 70S TO THE MID 80S AND
WARM OVERNIGHT TEMPERATURES FROM THE UPPER 50S TO THE MID 60S.
